The challenges that accompany shift work are often times misunderstood by people who aren't exposed to it every day.

Between the time management struggles, the negative effects of shift work and sometimes just the frustration of all the stupid shit you have to deal with...it's hard to find people who "get it." 

FIT ON SHIFT is something Mason (the shift worker) and I (Randee, the nutrition coach) have been discussing for years now. Shift work has been a part of our lives for over seven years now and we've learned to adjust, go with the flow and find balance between working on shifts and having a somewhat normal life.

As a nutrition coach, I've spent so much time on other people's sites giving advice to shift workers and decided it was time to compile it all here for everyone's benefit.
